Solomon Islands
A record 50 Solomon Islanders are preparing to study in Australia in 2027 after completing a week of pre-departure training in Honiara.
Two-thirds of the cohort are women, with scholars pursuing studies across health, education, engineering, economic growth, governance, STEM, aviation and environmental management.
The week also included a farewell dinner at Heritage Park Hotel, celebrating the scholars and the journey ahead.
