Career Connect: Bringing Employers and Graduates Together!

Career Connect 2026 showcased the power of partnership, connecting employers with talented Australia Awards Solomon Islands alumni, New Zealand alumni, and Solomon Islands Government graduates from USP and SINU.

Initiated by the Solomon Islands Australia Alumni Association (SIAAA), this first-of-its-kind event, created valuable opportunities for employers to connect with highly skilled professionals and explore pathways to employment.

The strong response from both employers and graduates highlights the importance of investing in talent, strengthening professional networks, and supporting Solomon Island’s future workforce.
