Driven by Purpose, Defined by Service

Atenasi Ata’s career—from marine science to law and sustainable development—has been guided by a strong sense of purpose and service to her community. 

As an Australia Awards WLI alumna, she pursued dual master’s degrees while joining the Women’s Developmental Leadership Program. 

Now an analyst with the Pacific Private Sector Development Initiative, she embraces a growth mindset to overcome challenges and make meaningful contributions at home.
